Q.Does it cost anything to request a consultation?
No. Requesting a consultation is free and does not commit you to anything. If you want an in-depth review with a written action plan, that is our Digital Checkup ($149).
Q.Do you work with churches and ministries?
Yes, gladly. Churches and ministries are a big part of who we serve: websites, event pages, sign-up forms, newsletters, livestream links and online giving buttons.
Q.Do you work with clients outside Rockland County?
Yes. We are based in Rockland County, New York, and work remotely with clients anywhere by phone, email and video call.
Websites
Q.How much does a website cost?
Basic Websites run $750–$950, Business Websites $1,250–$1,750, and Advanced Websites start at $2,000. Your written quote shows the exact price before any work begins.
Q.Do I pay separately for a domain and hosting?
Yes. Your domain name and hosting are paid directly by you to the provider, so they stay in your name. We help you choose and set them up.
Q.How long does a website take?
Most Basic Websites take about [X] weeks once we have your content. Your proposal includes a timeline, and we tell you right away if anything could delay it.
Q.Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress and show you how to make everyday updates. If you would rather we handle it, our monthly plans cover that.
Working together
Q.Will I own my website and accounts?
Yes. Your website, domain, social media accounts and files belong to you. We only ask for the access we need, and we return or remove it when the work is done.
Q.What if I want changes after the project?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. After that, small changes are quoted up front, or covered by a monthly plan.
Q.How do you keep our passwords safe?
We ask for our own user account instead of your password when possible, use a password manager, and turn on two-step login wherever we can.
Q.How do payments work?
Every paid project gets a written invoice. Your proposal spells out the payment schedule before you agree to anything. We accept [payment methods].
Social media & AI
Q.Can you manage our social media?
Yes. Our social plans list exactly which platforms are covered and how many posts you get each month. Replying to comments and messages is only included when your plan says so.
Q.Can you guarantee more followers or a top Google ranking?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee honest, consistent work: good content, smart setup, and clear reporting on what is working.
Q.What does “AI help” actually mean?
Practical things: setting up tools that draft newsletters, organize information or answer common questions, and training your team to use them safely and with confidence.
